OUR HISTORY
Grandview Park is built on a foundation of innovation, horsemanship, and a deep passion for breeding exceptional horses.
The property's history is closely tied to the Fallon family, with Fallon Bloodstock trading as Grandview Park. The land was purchased by Monza Investments in 1999 under the vision of its owner, the late William John Blanchard, with the intention of establishing a state-of-the-art equine breeding facility.
Designed specifically for elite breeding operations, the property features a purpose-built breeding barn complete with a horse crush, oversized foaling boxes, floodlit yards, and comprehensive camera surveillance across every paddock, ensuring the highest standards of care and management.
The breeding philosophy at Grandview Park has been shaped by the legacy of Peter Fallon, one of Australia's most respected breeding pioneers. Peter revolutionised the equine industry through his pioneering work in follicle testing, transforming reproductive management in broodmares. His lasting contribution to the industry is recognised through the prestigious Bain-Fallon Memorial Lectures, which bear his name in honour of his influence and dedication to equine reproduction.
Today, that legacy continues through his granddaughter, Adelyn Fallon. Rather than pursuing large breeding numbers, Adelyn's philosophy is centred on quality over quantity. Her focus is on carefully selecting bloodlines and producing exceptional jumping horses while giving every horse the individual attention, time, and development needed to reach its full potential.
After taking a short break from breeding during the COVID-19 pandemic, Adelyn is returning to her roots with renewed enthusiasm. She is excited to welcome and break in the next generation of foals, continuing the family's proud breeding legacy while looking ahead to the future with the same commitment to excellence that has defined Grandview Park for decades.

After careful consideration, Grandview Park has made the decision to close its doors to agistment. This decision allows us to return to our roots and dedicate our time, resources, and facilities to what has always been at the heart of our vision—our breeding program.
